Returns for merchandise that has been used or is not in “new” condition is subject to inspection to determine if an exchange or refund is appropriate.

Ultimate Tool, Inc. will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been abused or altered in any way. Tools must be returned in their original packaging.

No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
